I reached out to customer service and never got a reply. Like, I’m literally just waiting with no update or anything — make it make sense.

I was just trying to check out Milk Monster Club the other day, mostly to browse around and see what they had, and at first I figured maybe I was just not looking in the right places. The layout looked okay enough, but I kept ending up on pages that took longer than expected to load, and the menu didn’t really help me get where I wanted to go.
After clicking around for a while, it got annoying because even basic info felt harder to find than it should have been. The login and checkout area also confused me a bit, and I had to reload more than once before giving up. Maybe other people have a smoother time with it, but my experience with the site was frustrating.

I had to email them about my refund and it literally wasn’t the fastest process, but they did get back to me and the money came through in the end. Not a perfect experience, but fair enough overall.

Tried giving this to my kid. No luck. He took one sip and refused the rest. Just didn’t like the taste.

It seems fine overall, but it just feels too expensive for what I’m willing to spend.

We’ve only been using it for a little while, so who really knows yet, right? But I have noticed my baby seems a bit less gassy and more comfortable after feedings. Is that a win? I’d say so, at least for now.

I tried changing my subscription, but it felt sorta limited and not as flexible as I’d hoped. It just didn’t really work well for what I needed.

Am I missing something here, or is the delivery timing just not that reliable? My milk has shown up late twice now, which makes it kind of hard to count on.

I was trying to check the ingredients and got annoyed fast. The info wasn’t clear at all, and having to dig around for something that should be obvious made it feel a little sketchy.

I tried it hoping it would make feedings easier, but it just didn't do much for us. Same same, still struggled with feeding.

The box arrived a little dented, which was annoying. I mentioned it but kind of felt brushed off since everything inside was technically fine. Luckily nothing was damaged, but it still didn’t feel great to receive it that way

I like the site overall, but the product availability is really hit or miss. A few things I wanted showed up like they’d be easy to get, but then they were sold out when I actually tried to buy them. It’s frustrating because it feels like they kind of promise certain items will be there, but then you end up checking back later anyway. Not a terrible experience, just annoying when you already know exactly what you want

I waited about two weeks and my package still hadn’t shown up. I get that delays happen, but this felt way longer than expected lol.

I ordered two specific flavors and somehow got completely different ones. The packing slip even showed the ones I actually picked, so come on now, how does that even happen? I reached out to customer service, but it took way too long to get a straight answer. Frustrating experience, and I don’t think I’ll be ordering again
